Transform your basement into additional living space with help from Vision Painting, Inc! We can work as a general contractor for a fixed price or a fixed fee/percentage.

A fixed price is provided with room-by-room specifications that list every single item to be performed. If you're unsure of exactly what you want and you'd prefer to make changes along the way, a fixed percentage or flat fee might be right for you.

In order to price your job, 2-3 meetings will have to occur. The first meeting is for introductions and getting an idea of what you're envisioning. After the initial meeting, we will draw a before-and-after floor plan and provide basic specifications.

We will then have a second meeting to go over the floorplan and discuss changes. At this meeting, specifications will be listed to finalize the floor plan. Pricing will be organized based on specifications. The third meeting will include the final presentation of what will be built and the total cost.
